About the Role:
Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a dependable and adaptable Flex Officer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide security coverage across multiple client sites as needed, filling in for scheduled and unscheduled absences
- Monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and by vehicle
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Enforce client-specific post orders and company policies at each assigned location
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Georgia Security Guard License or ability to obtain one required
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong observational skills and ability to assess and de-escalate situations
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to various Atlanta-area locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a strong sense of integrity
